Jeffrey, I wish I could agree. What I saw was a Philly team with no inside game to speak of, yet one which bombed away quite successfully from outside. One would think that the Raps' swingmen could have kept the 76ers' small lineup in check, but it didn't happen.
I also thought Dwane got outcoached, particularly in Q2. If you see your team is firing blanks, you need someone to sweep the boards, but JV didn't appear. Of course, no coach can help if your shooting is dreadful. The shot selections in Q2 were fine, but there was a lid on the hoop.
Ugh - a bad memory. Let's hope your "good things" show up very soon.

Despite the loss, I still saw plenty of positives in that game. For starters, the Raptors managed to keep the game close despite shooting just 39% from the field and allowing Philly to shoot close to 47%. If it were two years ago, a performance like that would have led to them being blown out by three times as much. So keep that in mind when talking about the Raptors. They may look ugly, but they have been playing with plenty of effort this far, especially on the defensive end. Only good things can come from that, my friend.
