NBA All-Star 2013: Terrence Ross named to Dunk Contest

Fans of the Toronto Raptors will have an additional reason to watch NBA All-Star weekend. Terrence Ross, our exciting rookie swingman, has been invited to the dunk contest. He will be strutting his best stuff against 5 other high flyers on Saturday, February 16. Details here, courtesy of NBA.com.

The athletic Ross will need to choreograph and practice some exciting moves for this event. The contest rewards boldness and creativity, which I suspect Terrence, despite his soft-spoken demeanor, will be capable of displaying.

Whether Ross can reach the heights of Vince “Air Canada” Carter as a dunker remains to be seen, but simply being  named is a testament to the excitement of Ross when he takes off.
