Poll RESULTS: Who would we most hate to face in Round 1?

Thanks, Rapture Nation, for your votes. By a clear majority, you expressed the greatest concern about matching up against the Chicago Bulls. Second-scariest: Brooklyn’s Nets. The Washington Wizards and Charlotte Bobcats were also-rans.
There’s little doubt the Bulls have a crazy-tough defense, and in the playoffs, that’s huge. Games are played at a snail’s pace. Every possession is prized, and the ability to consistently harass the opponents’ offense into bad shots or 24-second violations can decide a series.

I’m with the Nets’ voters, however. That team is chock-full of championship winners, and they are rounding into form at the right time. If the playoffs started tonight, the Bulls would face the Nets, and I’d be cheering for Chicago.
