Rapture Nation, you and Toronto Raptors GM Masai Ujiri were clearly on the same page. While all the picks I made available got respectable backing, the choice of the plurality of voters was for Tyler Ennis. And our team came so close! The Phoenix Suns (boo! hiss!) selected the point guard from Syracuse with the #18 pick, which undoubtedly spread considerable consternation in the Raptors’ situation room. Masai, when speaking to the press afterwards, acknowledged that Ennis, the pride of Brampton Ontario, was his man.

Other draft candidates you liked were Adriean Payne (Hawks), T.J. Warren (Suns – more like Spoilsports; I wanted this guy) and Clint Capela (Rockets). I was pleased to see every one of our selections (save K.J. McDaniels, who I added after the Poll opened) was drafted in the first round, with Kyle Anderson being the #30 choice of the San Antonio Spurs.

Nobody, including me, picked Bruno Caboclo.

Watch for another Poll shortly.
