In my last post, I made a case for who I believe to be the best players to ever play for Toronto. In it, I dreamed up a fantasy scenario starting five consisting of current and former Raptors if they were all in their prime.

For this post, I will disclose my starting five of most beloved under the radar and underappreciated Raptors.

These players are likely some of your favorite players currently or growing up. They were not always household names or superstars. However, Raptor fans embraced them nonetheless.

Likely, it is because these players brought their “hard hat” every single day and played with a hunger, loyalty and selflessness that lay people could relate to and empathize with.
