]]> Terrence Ross, the Toronto Raptors precocious young swingman, was voted the winner of the 2013 NBA All-Star Slam Dunk Contest. In a thrilling finish, he defeated Jeremy Evans of the Utah Jazz. Both competitors overcame slow starts to earn their spots in the finals. Evans’ final pair of dunks were impressive, but the speed and smoothness of Ross clearly impressed the worldwide voters.
