28. team. 27.
The Triangle offence wasn’t working in the beginning of the year and it doesn’t look any closer to being mastered by these Knicks. They have been hampered with injuries to their key players. J.R Smith, Iman Shumpert and Carmelo Anthony have missed time due to nagging injuries. Amar’e Staudemire can’t play big minutes anymore even though he has been their lone bright spot.

Their offence isn’t ranked last (22nd) due to the fact Carmelo Anthony is averaging 23.2 ppg and carrying the load for this team. Their defence has bee horrendous with a rating of 110.6 which places them 27th in the league. They lost every game in the past week and in their loss against the Raptors they looked like a team who was lost/defeated. Rookie Head Coach Derek Fisher doesn’t have much to work with but abandoning the triangle may be a course of action he’ll have to take.

Phil Jackson better use his zen powers and come up with a plan or this team will be at the basement of the standings for the duration of the season.
. (5-24). . NewYork Knicks
