Who is the worst?

The Raptors have had many bad seasons and a few good ones. They have only been to the second round of the playoffs once, have only won their division twice and have only finished above .500 five times. But, last season was their best ever, finishing 48-34. The team is on the upswing and it’s hard to say just how far they can go.
It’s at this point in franchise history that it’s worth looking back at the past maestros behind the Raptors’ success or failure. We need to understand what has worked for the Raptors in the past and what hasn’t. Most importantly, we need to celebrate the team’s best GMs.
