CLEVELAND CAVALIERS

Say Hello to: Mo Williams

Farewell: None (yet)

’14-’15 record: 53-29

The popular choice as Beast of the East, and who am I to disagree? In fact I don’t, but I’m troubled as to why Kevin Love had such a lacklustre ’14-’15 season. Regardless, LeBron (King) James plays on the shore of Lake Erie, so the Cavs are a contender. But even if LeBron were to get hurt, this team would still be tough. Tristan Thompson is an all-world rebounder who would be scary if he could shoot. Timofey Mozgov can play centre for me anytime, and I like the Mo Williams pickup. David Blatt silenced all who doubted his coaching skills.

I’m not dazzled by their bench, but it doesn’t need to do much more than hold the lead. If Love regains his inside-outside magic, this team could win 60 games.
