Chicago Bulls
Like Miami, this team is fragile. However, if Derrick Rose is 85% of his MVP level, this squad can beat anyone.
Unlike his misguided predecessor, Tom Thibodeau, new coach Fred Hoiberg isn’t likely to run his first unit into the ground. Instead, he’ll use his rotation players effectively, which will allow Rose, Pau Gasol, Joakim Noah et al to avoid burnout. Why not? The Bulls’ bench is impressive. If Doug McDermott emerges as “the next Kyle Korver”, watch out.
