Power Forward free agents Raptors may look at

This fellow is a Bismack Biyombo clone, except with actual offensive skills. The two are strikingly close in age, height, build..it’s spooky. Terrence has put up solid numbers as a Rocket, and I’m always biased towards those who have passed through excellent college programs; Terrence attended Kentucky (like Dwane Casey), so that’s a check in an important box. However, he seems to be getting further away from success in Houston. Has their coaching turmoil affected him?
I’m putting him as second most desirable because he won’t cost as much as the marquee names. He’s far from a finished product, but I’d toss out a 3-year, $24 million offer sheet.
