Oh how sweet it is when one of the smoothest athletes jump shot begins raining in 3-point baskets with consistency. When Terrence Ross returned from injury, he was rhythm-less and incapable of putting in open jumpers. The last 5 games have been a revelation for the long-range sniper. Ross is attempting over 8 threes a game and hitting 45% of his attempts during this span. A lot of these attempts are not exactly “wide-open”, as only 20% of his three point field goals qualify of being so.
We will take this holiday bonus all year. Even if has yet to be proven sustainable, we can still hope.
