On paper, you have to include Carter on any all-time Raptors team.

He put the Raptors on the map with his victory in the slam dunk championship back in 2000 and he set numerous franchise records that still stand to this day.

During his seven seasons in Toronto, Carter averaged 23.4 points per game and his influence is still being felt in Canada nearly 20 years later.

However, that sulking face and constant whining to the media of how he wanted out of Toronto is difficult to erase from the memories of any real fan of the Raptors.

He is on the list only because you kind of have to put him here.
