As we prepare for the Toronto Raptors 2018-2019 season, we take a look at across the league, including the Pacific Division.

If all things break right, the Toronto Raptors will face off against the Golden State Warriors in June. We think.

Recent history dictates that the Pacific Division has been largely one-way traffic. The Warriors clinched their fourth straight division title on route to their third NBA championship in the past four years. Not much will change this year, the Warriors will still be the best team on the planet.

However, LeBron has arrived.

The Lakers have their franchise-piece in the mold of one of the best to ever lace them up. Suddenly, there’s a bit of life in the Staples Center and the Lakers are now considered threats to the crown. Lonzo and co. will have to take a huge leap in their development if they are to keep up with the Warriors who have acquired All-Star center – DeMarcus Cousins.

Elsewhere, the Los Angeles Clippers begin life without the last of their big three. The Phoenix Suns will be hoping the number one overall pick DeAndre Ayton hits the ground running in the desert. Devin Booker finally has a big man he can call Shaq, maybe the Suns take a huge step towards their first playoff berth since 2010. Everything you want to know about this division you will find here.

We’ll take our analysis from the Pacific’s worst team to its best.

One team that will likely be sitting out the playoffs once again will be the Sacramento Kings, they’ll be making the same waves they’ve been riding for some time now, and it isn’t pretty.
