It’s Week 4 in the NBA, and time for Power Rankings. Once again, the Toronto Raptors are among the best teams.  Where exactly? Have a read.

You want dull? Don’t look to the NBA. The messed-up Minnesota Timberwolves finally moved ultra-cranky star Jimmy Butler to the Philadelphia 76ers. The return to Minny was a pair of useful swingmen, Robert Covington and Dario Saric. I suspect the next time I publish these rankings, both teams will be on an upswing.

Meanwhile, the Toronto Raptors had a most enjoyable road trip West, and didn’t suffer a letdown on their return. The Boston Celtics still haven’t found their footing on offense, which is damaging to their pre-season position as the consensus East favourite.

The OKC Thunder are decidedly rid of their early funk, and back in the mix in the Northwest Division. OKC’s likely playoff opponent, the Houston Rockets, are starting to contemplate a future without defenseless Carmelo Anthony.

Here are my rankings, updated for games played between October 29 and November 11. The worst teams from the first PRs haven’t improved their status much, so you may suffer from deja vu to begin.
