If the Raptors lose this series, it will be because…

Mark Birdsell:

If the Raptors lose this series it will be because of injuries to multiple players. This matchup is the best case scenario for the Raptors. The Magic are playing well and have won 11 of their last 13 games entering the playoffs. However, the Magic are also young and inexperienced. They have a bright future but don’t pose a real threat to the Raptors this season.

Mike Bossetti:

Other than the obvious injury hypothetical, it would require a historic shooting performance from Orlando. Defensively, the Magic can hold their own against the Raps. If they want a serious shot at the series, they’d need to shoot something absurd from beyond the arc.

Orlando doesn’t have the pieces to win this series, but crazier things have happened.

Jordan Skuse:

Serge made Kawhi eat beef penis pizza………..seriously, I don’t see the Raptors losing this series, so I’ll politely pass on this question. Maybe injuries to Kawhi, Kyle, and Siakam make it tight(er), but the odds associated with all three Toronto “monstars” going down are slim to none.

Raju Byfield:

If the Raptors lose this series, it will undoubtedly be because either Kawhi Leonard or Kyle Lowry go down with an injury. They are 2-0 against the Magic on the season with both players in the lineup, and despite the Magic players’ individual talent, they are not as good of a team as a healthy Raptors squad.

Keeping both of these players healthy is going to be key for the Raptors to make a deep playoff run, as they simply do not have the depth, or talent, to advance past the second round without them both.
