Everyone is focussed on Kawhi Leonard, but the Toronto Raptors have many roster positions still in flux. Who are some of the lesser players they will bring back next season?

After winning the NBA Championship, Masai Ujiri, Bobby Webster, and the rest of the Toronto Raptors front office deserve a nice long-winded break, a nice vacation or perhaps an uneventful offseason with little roster turnover or drama.

Unfortunately, regardless of what they deserve, they won’t be getting that this summer. Just weeks after completing the best season in franchise history, the Toronto Raptors will face the most important offseason in franchise history. Hey, you can’t claim the job is boring.

The first, second, and third priority will be to re-sign Kawhi Leonard. On the court, there isn’t much more Toronto could have done to accommodate Kawhi this season. However, whenever a player of his ilk hits free-agency, there are plenty of suitors who will be making an offer. Unfortunately for Masai Ujiri and company, the success of this offseason is largely out of their hands.

But that’s not all Toronto has in front of them this offseason. Danny Green will also become a free-agent, and of course, there are other, less flashy free agents about to hit the market.

In addition to Kawhi Leonard and Danny Green, Toronto has six players who are either set to become free agents or have a lightly/non-guaranteed contract for next season. No, those players don’t matter as much as Leonard or Green, however, they still could factor in significantly to the Raptors chances at repeating next season.

Golden State didn’t expect to lean on Alfonzo McKinnie, Andrew Bogut, or Quinn Cook in the NBA Finals. As cliché as it sounds, all 15 roster spots matter.

The Raptors, have a couple of key players to decide upon — as well as a few who might not decide to come back. Chris Boucher, Jeremy Lin, Patrick McCaw, and more, all could play a significant role in next season’s team or could waste a valuable roster spot.

So who of the fringe options will the Toronto Raptors bring back next season?
