1. @ Miami Heat – Tuesday, April 14

The penultimate game of the season. As things stand, the seeding of the Eastern Conference is going right down to the wire. So, it’s only fair that one of the final games of the regular season is contested between two of the teams that are vying for that second seed in the East.

Between now and April 14, a lot can change, but based on the current trajectories of the team’s involved, the Heat and the Raptors will be two of the teams that are well in the hunt. Therefore, this could well be the game that decides the standings. The Heat and Raptors both currently possess a record of 31-14, sitting second and third in the East.

The Raptors have already faced off against the Miami Heat twice this season, and both times the Heat prevailed. They’re a fun, gritty, and talented team who are just as worthy of the second spot as the Raptors.

However, one would feel that the Raptors may have the edge. But, who knows how each roster will look after the trade deadline. Both teams should be viewed as potential buyers, with the Heat often being linked to one more star to push them over the edge. Who knows what the Raptors could do, they’ve been linked with a plethora of talent, but would likely have to give up a core player in the deal.

Regardless, expect both teams to be battling all the way to final games of the season. When this one rolls around, everything could already be decided. However, it could still be up for grabs. That’s what makes this the biggest game left on the Raptors schedule.

It could well be the game that dictates their postseason.
