With the NBA still on hiatus, there could be a lot of unanswered questions from the Toronto Raptors’ season if the league does not resume. What are three of the biggest?

It’s been a month since the last game of Toronto Raptors basketball. Incredibly, it feels like a lot longer since that point. Before the NBA season was put on an indefinite hiatus, the Raptors had just wrapped up a five-game West Coast road trip with a win against the Utah Jazz.

With the NBA now on hiatus, the future of the season is in real jeopardy. The NBA has been planning for worst-case scenarios for the last few weeks, but Adam Silver revealed on Monday that no decisions would be made until at least May 1 – but that doesn’t mean we’re any closer to basketball.

The health and safety of everyone are paramount right now. As much as we all miss daily life – basketball included – the risk of going back to soon is just not worth it. That puts the basketball season in real trouble of being canceled.

The 2019-20 NBA season has been one of the best in Raptors’ history. The team has won 46 games, already secured a place in the postseason, and also played some of the best basketball in the league. They have a lightning-fast offense and one of the best defenses in the league, it’s been fun.

If the worst-case scenario is the only option and the league is canceled, there will be a lot of unanswered questions around the league. The Raptors would be no different. There were still things we were learning about the team down the stretch.

What are some of those questions?
