At my number two spot, I have a man who exploded and had himself a career year this year, Norman Powell. It was quite an up and down season, to say the least for Powell after overcoming injuries that felt like it was happening at least once a month, to playing the best basketball of his career.

Powell saw himself as an important role player coming off the bench for this Raptors team, but injuries got the best of this team and he saw himself get promoted to a starter for 23 games this year. In the games where he started, he was insane on the floor, but just when he started heating up he would go down with an injury and once he came back from his injury he would just continue from where he left off.

Heading into the 2020 playoffs most likely being a bench player again for this team, I could see him putting up some solid numbers coming off the bench if he continues the same dominance he had during the season. If he starts a couple of games instead of coming off the bench you can guarantee he’ll make it worth the decision of starting him and will play incredible. (Stats from NBA.com)
