2. Kyle Lowry – 34 years old – PG

2019-20 bubble stats – 6 GP – 16.6 PPG – 6.8 RPG – 5.6 APG – .403 FG% – .323 3P% – .829 FT%

At my number two spot on this list, I have the bulldog of the team, Kyle Lowry. Unlike Norman Powell and how he played all eight games, Lowry only played six games in the bubble to finish off their regular season. However, as we all know that clearly didn’t matter to the Toronto Raptors as they still dominated teams without a handful of their starters playing in their games.

Lowry who was having yet another excellent season in a Raptors uniform this year continued his play from the season before COVID-19 put the league on pause and brought it into the NBA bubble in Orlando. He averaged a pretty good stat line of 16.6 PPG / 6.8 RPG / 5.6 APG in only six games, and even if that stat line isn’t near his season totals it still doesn’t show what he was doing on the defensive side of the ball. We all know what Kyle Lowry is capable of doing on the defensive side of things as he is top of the league in charges taken and always has been one of the best at taking them too.

He is also an annoying point guard to go up against defensively as he never gives up on a play and he’ll always make you work for every shot that you’re trying to take when against him. However just like Powell its safe to say Lowry will continue his play and bring it into the playoffs as he’ll try and help lead this Raptors team to back to back championships. (Stats from ESPN.com)
