2. Justise Winslow, Memphis Grizzlies

Winslow could return to Memphis if he picks up his club option, but considering the fact that his option is worth $13 million this season, his hypothetical financial burden in no way matches the type of player that he has become since leaving the Heat in the Andre Iguodala swap.

Over the last two years, injuries have limited Winslow to just 37 games and six starts. he is scoring just 8.2 points per game while making 36% of his shots and 19.8% of his 3-point attempts. The Raptors have shown a willingness to add former first-round picks that struggle with shooting, but Winslow is going to be a massive liability.

Justise Winslow wouldn’t move the needle for the Toronto Raptors.

Winslow needs to get his confidence back before a team like the Raptors, or even the Grizzlies for that matter, decides to give him any degree of offensive responsibility. Winslow needs that confidence boost, but he isn’t going to get it by getting buried beneath some better scorers on Toronto’s depth chart.

Winslow’s trajectory, which started as a first-round pick out of Duke and potential franchise cornerstone in Miami, to a barely serviceable player has been tough to watch. He should be on a roster next year, but Toronto is not the spot for him.
