NBA Mock Draft: Who will the Raptors take in the lottery?

Even though Nikola Jokic is having another MVP season, injuries to Jamal Murray and Michael Porter Jr. have hurt Denver. The Nuggets could turn this negative into a positive by drafting arguably the top international player in this class in Prkacin. Could he be a new starter at power forward?
Prkacin needs to add weight and work on his defense, but he already has some solid numbers against grown men in Croatia at just 18 years old. If the same staff that helped develop Jokic gets their hands on Prkacin, Denver could lean on both of their Balkan bigs to keep them competitive in the West.
NBA Mock Draft: Roko Prkacin could develop alongside Nikola Jokic.
The Lakers’ struggles put Memphis in a position to add more shooters around Ja Morant. Davion Mitchell and Jared Butler might be gone, but Brown’s expert marksmanship will be one of the main reasons the Bears will compete for another Big 12 title.
Even though he stands 6-8, Brown profiles as a player that will be able to play as an off-ball guard. He may need to add a bit more creativity to his game on offense, but his two-way potential should be enough to get him picked in this range. The Grizzlies could be a playoff fixture if Brown pans out.
