Raptors Game Tonight: Raptors vs Pistons Odds, Starting Lineup, Injury Report, Predictions, TV Channel for Jan. 14
By Mike Luciano
The Toronto Raptors finally took home a 2022 loss in a very tight matchup against Phoenix, and it came right before a long road trip. Luckily, the latest Raptors odds have them in line to grab a victory against a team that is competing for the No. 1 pick in the draft.
Toronto will take on former coach Dwane Casey and the Detroit Pistons for the second time this season. Despite the fact that they came into their matchup in Toronto with one of the league’s worst offenses, the Pistons managed to take home one of their nine wins.
Detroit does have Cade Cunningham and a handful of quality role players at their disposal. Considering they’ve been playing some surprisingly solid basketball of late, they can’t be discarded as a potential threat.
Will the Raptors be able to put their early-season loss in the past and snag a victory against the Pistons? Will they lose their second straight game, this time against an inferior opponent?
Detroit Pistons vs Toronto Raptors Odds, Spread, Over/Under
The latest odds from WynnBET have Toronto as -8.0 favorites against the spread, with this squad -110 (bet $110 to win $100) to cover. Toronto is -340 on the moneyline, while Detroit checks at +270 (bet $100 to win $270).
The over-under in this contest is 214, with the under coming in at -110 and the over listed at -110. Vegas seems to be operating under the assumption that these two teams will once again struggle from deep.

Toronto Raptors vs Detroit Pistons Prediction
The Pistons always seem to have a little extra pep in their step whenever they play Toronto, perhaps trying to get coach Casey another victory against his old team. Because of this, they can’t be overlooked as a worthy opponent.
One advantage the Raptors have over Detroit is starting lineup quality, even with Barnes and Trent now 100% healthy. If any one of Toronto’s high-impact starters can get hot from the 3-point line, that might be enough to sink the Pistons and hand the squad a win.
