The Toronto Raptors have lost four of their last six games after the All-Star break, with their only wins coming against a Nets team missing all of their good players. After losses to the Pistons and Magic, the latest Raptors odds don’t make it seem like they’re in line for a victory in a nationally televised game.

The Raptors are going to tussle with Jarrett Allen and the Cleveland Cavaliers, who are losers of three straight themselves. Toronto is 0-2 against Cleveland this year, but the first loss was just by one point and the second was in a game where they only had 8 active players (four of which were 10-day contracts) due to COVID-19.

While figures like that make it sound like Toronto should be in for a very even contest against Cleveland, they have a pair of All-Stars in Allen and Darius Garland to contend with. Toronto is also going to go into this game without some of their star players.

Will the shorthanded Raptors find a way to take down the Cavs and get back in a groove? Will their lack of interior depth and shooting help Cleveland snap their own three-game slide in front of the whole basketball world?

Cleveland Cavaliers vs Toronto Raptors Odds, Spread, Over/Under

The latest odds from WynnBET have Cleveland as -4.5 favorites against the spread, with this squad -110 (bet $110 to win $100) to cover. Cleveland is -200 on the moneyline, while Toronto checks in at +165 (bet $100 to win $165).

The over-under in this contest is 211.5, with the under coming in at -110 and the over listed at -110.

Raptors Injury Report

OG Anunoby and DJ Wilson are out. Fred VanVleet and Malachi Flynn are questionable.

Toronto Raptors vs Cleveland Cavaliers Prediction

The Cavaliers might be struggling at the moment, but they at least can lean on the excuse of having played some of the best teams in the league. Toronto can garner no such sympathy, as they’ve stunk against some of the league’s worst.

On top of the fact that neither point guard is going to be at 100% in this game, contendign with Cleveland’s armada of talented big men is not something that Toronto is going to have a ton of success with. A third straight loss could be on the menu for a team that looks totally discombobulated.

Cavaliers 105, Raptors 99
