The Toronto Raptors can take things just a bit easier over the next few days, as they have officially clinched a postseason spot. The latest Raptors odds don’t have them positioned to keep up their winning ways against a team they could square off against in the playoffs.

The Philadelphia 76ers currently occupy the No. 4 seed in the East, meaning that they could face Toronto in the postseason. While Nick Nurse has beaten Philly twice this season, beating a team led by Joel Embiid and James Harden is much easier on paper than in practice.

As Sam Cassell knows, Toronto is capable of hitting big shots and taking down a 76ers team that has some noteworthy flaws in the wake of the Harden trade. Even with those qualifications, Toronto probably doesn’t want to go up against Embiid too often considering his MVP campaign.

Will the Raptors have enough mojo on offense to outscore the 76ers and beat them for the third time this season? Will Embiid and company get one more win over their division foes before the postseason starts?

Philadelphia 76ers vs Toronto Raptors Odds, Spread, Over/Under

The latest odds from WynnBET have Philadelphia as -1.5 favorites against the spread, with this squad -110 (bet $110 to win $100) to cover. Philly is -125 on the moneyline, while Toronto checks in at +105 (bet $100 to win $105).

The over-under in this contest is 221, with the under coming in at -110 and the over listed at -110.

Raptors Injury Report

OG Anunoby is listed as questionable after missing Tuesday’s game. Matisse Thybulle is ineligible for Philly.

Toronto Raptors vs Philadelphia 76ers Prediction

If everyone was 100% healthy and VanVleet wasn’t laboring due to an injury, this might be a different story. As it stands right now, taking on the 76ers with Anunoby and Vanleet less than 100% is a very difficult task.

Toronto might be able to pull out a victory here if VanVleet leads a robust defensive effort, but they might be better off waiting until they are fully healthy. When the postseason rolls around, Toronto might be better equipped to take down Doc Rivers and the 76ers.
