2. Fred VanVleet 3-Pointers made per game leader +1200

The only players with better odds than VanVleet in this area are Steph Curry (the only player to make more than VanVleet’s 3.7 triples per game last year) at -190 and the returning Damian Lillard at +550. VanVleet has the third-best odds, putting him in a prime position to take advantage if one of them slipping up.

VanVleet has started the season off hot from 3-point range despite a lower volume of shots than he had last year. While the absence of Siakam due to a shoulder injury last year certainly helped inflate his totals, VanVleet was also the team’s preferred option from long-range in clutch situations.

Toronto Raptors PG Fred VanVleet remains an elite shooter.

VanVleet has been unusually passive so far this season, as he has shot the ball just 28 times in three games. He’ll need to uncork more of his trademark rainbow 3-pointers if he wants to challenge either one of these two immortals, but this could happen with a few gameplay tweaks.

VanVleet is still an underrated player despite being named an All-Star and asserting himself as an elite two-way stud. His shooting ability may have gone largely unnoticed by the betting community last season, but he has been nothing short of miraculous in that area.
