This is the dream scenario, but this could come to fruition if the Blazers decide to make a win-now move that gets Damian Lillard some help. Currently blocked off from the starting lineup due to Lillard and Anfernee Simons, the Raptors would allow Sharpe to truly spread his wings.

The London-born Sharpe has averaged 7.6 points and 2.4 rebounds per game in his rookie season, drilling 47% of his shots overall and 34% of his 3-pointers. What really sets him apart, however, is his extraordinary athletic ability that is only going to be more exciting as he enters his athletic prime.

Raptors trade rumors: Shaedon Sharpe has star potential.

If the Blazers are interested in acquiring a player like OG Anunoby, Sharpe could be the player Toronto covets above all else in their generous return package. The former No. 7 pick is rough around the edges, but the Raptors are still one of the best teams in the league when it comes to development despite some recent hiccups.

If Sharpe’s 3-point shot takes just one notch forward and he stays as bouncy as he looked during the early stages of his Portland career, the Raptors could get in on the ground floor of a potential All-Star talent. Getting Sharpe for cheap over the next three seasons could help the Raptors build a quality offense despite doling out bigger contracts to their stars.
