Scouting Report. Oregon. 23. Pick Analysis. C. Kel'el Ware. player. 34

Ware has been very disappointing this season, barely starting and shooting poorly. He’ll need a year in the G League, but Portland might be able to give him the time needed to become an elite two-way stud.

Pick Analysis. New Zealand. 24. 211. Scouting Report. SF. Rayan Rupert. player

Rupert is a total shot in the dark, as he is 6-7 with a 7-3 wingspan, yet lacks a clear position. Memphis has a developmental system that can take advantage of such a unique talent.

84. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. PF. Kansas. 25. player. Jalen Wilson

Wilson might fall a bit due to him being a four-year starter and poor shooter, but a versatile defender and tough finisher inside are just what this Kings team needs off the bench.

Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. SG. Terquavion Smith. North Carolina State. 26. player. 100

Smith hasn’t shot above 40% in any individual season at NC State, but his ability to stuff the stat sheet and high-end athletic ability will help supercharge the Indiana bench.

NBA Mock Draft: The Jazz could develop Leonard Miller

Pick Analysis. PF. G League. 27. player. Scouting Report. Leonard Miller. 118

Miller is incredibly raw, but Utah’s frontcourt depth and long-term vision could allow them to take the Canadian product and work on all the tantalizing offensive tools he has.

Pick Analysis. SF. Pepperdine. 28. Scouting Report. Maxwell Lewis. player. 100

A traditional 3-and-D wing who is starting to make improvements as a create, Lewis will only be a long-term piece with the Pacers if he proves he can succeed against NBA-level athletes.

UConn. 170. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. 29. player. SG. Jordan Hawkins

Hawkins has exploded this season, as his offensive potential finally caught up with him after showing some quality on-ball defense. Hawkins could be a solid piece on the Charlotte bench.

PF. Arizona. 30. 77. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Auzolas Tubelis. player

The Clippers will end the first round with Tubelis, who is almost averaging a double-double for the Wildcats this season. He’s not a good athlete, but his offensive potential is impressive.
