3 Blazers players Raptors should target in Draft Day trade

2. Nassir Little
Little has had a very unusual path to success at the NBA level, as he went from a seldom-used rookie with issues related to his health into a player that has become an indispensable part of the team’s rotation. As skilled as he is, Little is not the kind of player who can stay in Portland if they get a deal done with Toronto.
The recently extended Little has averaged 8.0 points and 3.9 rebounds per game over the last two seasons, essentially turning into an all-around stopped who can get a bucket when called upon. Little possesses many of the traits the Raptors have historically held in very high regard.
Will Nassir Little and the Toronto Raptors link up together?
Little is a solid 3-point shooter (35% from deep on just over three attempts per game), and he could be a prime candidate for a production bump under the watchful eye of new Raptors coach Darko Rajakovic. While he likely wouldn’t start, he could be an upgrade over Otto Porter Jr. on the bench.
Little may not be the franchise player that many assumed he would be out of North Carolina, but his traits have helped him evolve into the versatile, feisty wing that just about every championship team in the last few seasons seems to have a version of.
