No. 3: Cleveland Cavaliers

The Cleveland Cavaliers look poised to run things back with their core four of Donovan Mitchell, Darius Garland, Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen. That means they need to continue filling in the roster between them with shooting and defense.

Isaac Okoro is likely a priority to re-sign, but his market to the few remaining teams with cap space could be higher than the Cavs are willing to spend. He would be an excellent fit in Charlotte, for example, and the Cavs are likely to want to avoid the luxury tax this season before extensions for Mobley and Mitchell kick in next summer.

Trent offers another option for the Cavs, one that won't cost as much as Okoro if they do lose him to a higher bidder. He would also be something of a backup in case they trade Max Strus for an upgrade at a different position.

In return, perhaps the Cavs send a second-round pick back to the Raptors attached to Georges Niang, who struggled last season in Cleveland but has a proven track record as a sharpshooting stretch-4. The Raptors need shooting and forward depth and he could be a fine buy-low option.
