2. Brooklyn Nets

The Nets might have some future first-round picks to give the Rockets thanks to their ill-fated James Harden deal, but their ability to pivot away from the Kevin Durant experiment and get a haul of picks from the Suns has given Sean Marks the flexibility needed to add another star.

Brooklyn appears to have eschewed a total rebuild, as names like Mikal Bridges, Nic Claxton, and Cam Johnson have kept them competitive. Siakam would slot right in at power forward, moving Johnson to the wing and Bridges to a 2-guard role in what could be a nauseating defensive lineup for opponents.

The Brooklyn Nets may try to acquire Pascal Siakam from the Toronto Raptors.

The Nets might be able to use Ben Simmons' contract as a moveable piece, possibly throwing in more first-round picks than would be required to get Toronto to absorb it. Spencer Dinwiddie is another tradeable name who could be an upgrade at the point guard spot.

Brooklyn is a divisional opponent, and a Big Three of Siakam, Bridges, and Cam Thomas could be very deadly. However, with their collection of future assets and quality play despite a myriad of injuries, Marks might see an opening to pluck Siakam away from an old foe in Toronto.
