No. 1: DeMar DeRozan

OG Anunoby and Fred VanVleet were more recent departures from the Raptors, but DeMar DeRozan has now played six full seasons away after playing his first nine seasons in Toronto.

The decline for DeRozan was expected years ago, but he has continued to play at a high level, scoring midrange jumpers like a metronome. He still has flaws as a defender and off-ball player, but his floor-raising scorer has continued apace into his mid-30s.

DeRozan played a quieter role with the San Antonio Spurs for a few seasons after the initial trade, averaging 21.6 points per game but increasing his playmaking. He then stepped right back into a higher-usage role with the Chicago Bulls, averaging 25.5 points per game and making two All-Star Games and an All-NBA Second Team.

As he turns 35 years old in August, DeRozan can either re-sign in Chicago and continue scoring until the cows (bulls?) come home, or he could accept a smaller role on a better team. Either way, the fact that DeRozan is still averaging 24 points and 5.3 assists per game at this point in his career is impressive.
