The Wings

Ochai Agbaji: The 14th pick in the 2022 NBA Draft, Ochai Agbaji went from being one of the best players in college to being a low-end rotation option in the NBA. His 3-point shot hasn't translated and he has been below average or worse in every other area. Third-year players are supposed to dominate in Summer League; if that's not the case for Agbaji, the Raptors may consider declining his fourth-year option for 2025-26.

Jamison Battle: A five-year college basketball player, Battle bounced around the country and finished his career with the Ohio State Buckeyes. The 6'7" forward was something of a glue guy, a good scorer and rebounder but not someone who created offense for himself or others. He'll need to prove he has 3-and-D potential after going undrafted in last month's draft.

Gradey Dick: Last year's lottery pick Gradey Dick played well to end the season and is in contention to be the fifth and final starter on Opening Night. He can help himself toward that end by being the best player on the roster for the Raptors in Las Vegas, not merely bombing from 3 (although that's his best and most important skill) but filling up the stat sheet and proving himself ready for the role.

Dylan Disu: Another fifth-year college player making his way into his professional career, Disu was an All-Big 12 forward for Texas last year, shooting 45.1 percent from deep as a prolific scorer and smooth shooter. At 6'8" he has good size and a very real possibility of proving himself worthy of a two-way contract with someone if his athleticism and defense hold up in Summer League.

Quincy Guerrier: The 6'8" Quincy Guerrier is one of two Canadian-born players on the Toronto Raptors' Summer League roster, joining center Fardaws Aimaq. After finishing Third-team All-ACC in 2021 with Syracuse Guerrier spent two seasons in Oregon and ended his college career last season with Illinois, starting all 38 games as something of a stretch-4. He is likely auditioning for a spot on an international roster next season.

Jonathan Mogbo: Armed with the 31st pick in the 2024 Draft, the Raptors had a variety of options available to them, from drafting a first-roudn talent to trading the pick at its highest value. Instead, they surprisingly drafted San Francisco forward Jonathan Mogbo, a childhood friend of Scottie Barnes. To prove this wasn't merely a pick to make Barnes happy, Mogbo needs to be the best rebounder on the court and show other aspects to his game. The Raptors gave him a guaranteed roster spot, so they need him to be able to contribute, if not this season then shortly down the road.

Ja'Kobe Walter: A top recruit heading into his freshman year at Baylor last season, Walter was inconsistent as the No. 1 option creating his own shot, but displayed the athleticism, defense and shooting of an ideal 3-and-D wing. The Raptors surely drafted him as such, and will look to see how he plays in Las Vegas and whether he leans into his role player strengths or tries to continue proving himself to be a future on-ball star.
