5. Kyle Lowry’s health

What everyone had dreaded has finally come to fruition. Lowry is hurt, and it’s affecting his play. A lot. Turns out Lowry’s right elbow injury has flared up at an untimely point in the season. At least this time it’s not a lower body injury, so he can still play defense and run and offense.  Since the team is 50 games deep of wins this year already, the Raptors should be doing everything in their power to get Lowry right before the playoffs in a couple weeks.

The Raptors seem slotted right in the 2nd seed and the Cavs have remained 2 to 3 games ahead of them the past few months, so let’s please drop the chase and get our heart and soul of the team right. Without Lowry playing his best ball, there won’t be much of the playoffs again this year. After two straight playoff exits, both having been dragged down by injury, can’t the Raptors fans have anything nice come playoff time?

Let’s hope the team can sort this out before the end of the season.
