Who would be on the Toronto Raptors Dream Team?

Starting Shooting Guard: DeMar DeRozan

It would seem ludicrous to have an all-time Raptors team consisting of K-Low without his running-mate DeMar. I mean K-Low would probably boycott playing on a team without his best bud.

All jokes aside, DeMar is the face of Toronto basketball. With his resigning following the 2015-2016, DeMar has followed it with his best statistical season.

He has clearly been on a mission to prove his doubters wrong following Sports Illustrated labeling him the 46th best player in the league.

Although DeRozan’s post-season shooting struggles in the past are no secret, he has gotten better each year and seems to always add a new aspect to his game with each new season.

He is already the all-time Raptors leading scorer and will only continue to create distance in that scoring margin.

Unfortunately, DeRozan continues to be a liability from downtown and mediocre defensively. Nevertheless, there is no doubt that he will rise up to the moment when the game is on the line and no other Raptor I would want at the 2.

The scariest part is DeRozan still has time to get better.

Best season averages: 2016-2017: 27.3 ppg 5.2 rpg 3.9 apg 46.7 FG%  84% FT%
