What has been the biggest unexpected negative for Toronto this season?

Thomas Valentine:

C.J. Miles has just looked cold for large stretches of the season, shooting a 28-percent from three on the season. Not a good number, and considering over half his looks are coming from three it might be a funk that could take some time to get out of. The shots are starting to fall a little more frequently but if there aren’t consistent results soon we might not see much of C.J for the foreseeable future. And I don’t want that.

Koby Palimaka:

The biggest unexpected negative for Toronto has been their consistent ability to blow a lead throughout games. My hopes coming into this year with a new coach and a new superstar was that the Raptors would limit the mistakes made defensively/late game and would, in turn, avoid blowing games (or coming close) which has been a persistent issue already this season.

Brian Boake:

Again, I’ll mention two.  Norman Powell is still floundering. He looks like a rookie too often with ill-considered offensive thrusts.  Hopefully, when he returns from injury he’ll be able to relax and not force matters.  Secondly, I thought Delon Wright would be further along than he’s shown so far.  I get the sense Nick Nurse doesn’t trust him in crunch time.

Mike Bossetti:

Delon Wright. Nick Nurse appears to be hesitant to give him consistent minutes, and when he does find consistent minutes, he doesn’t take advantage. In a contract season, Wright had the opportunity to break out for the Toronto Raptors (and earn himself some nice cheddar). Instead, he has completely regressed and looks like a significantly worse player than the guy we saw last season.
