Head Coach and Opponent

B. By playing Anunoby at the shooting guard to cover Alexander, Nurse allowed the starting lineup to have a bit of size on the boards and defense on a player that can produce on any given night. One thing that could have changed was as the game came down to the wire, Nurse trusted some of the younger players such as McCaw and Anunoby to bring the ball down the court in a full-court press defense. This resulted in some fumbling and struggles to set up a solid offensive play. It should have been switched quicker to look towards a more experienced player to bring it down such as Lowry. At the same time, this is a learning opportunity for these players and it will allow them to grow and be more prepared for these types of situations.. Head Coach. Toronto Raptors. NICK NURSE

B. OKC’s late-game push was a strong comeback that fell just short. They played a much better second half defensively and consistently kept the ball moving and assists rolling. They had a well-rounded game. The only thing they lacked was a bit of balance on the offensive end. Losing Steven Adams after only seven minutes of play was a large blow for the Thunder’s production and it could have been a very different game had he not left.. (23-18). Western Conference. OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER

Next. Efforts of other Raptors can't be overlooked. dark
