Starters Grades

A+. Tonight was a massive night for Kyle Lowry. The man who will potentially go down as the greatest Toronto Raptor in franchise history added another milestone to his amazing resume. He became the franchise leader in assists, passing <a rel=. Point Guard. Toronto Raptors. KYLE LOWRY

Toronto Raptors. FRED VANVLEET. A+. Fred VanVleet was a complete bulldog on defense on Tuesday night. He chased Trae Young around screens, into the paint and back out again. His minutes (29) matched Young’s (28) and his defensive pressure was a key part of holding the electric Young to 18 points—11.2 points below his season average—on five-for-13 shooting from the field. VanVleet added an efficient 18 points, including three 3-point makes, in his impressive two-way performance. Point Guard

Small Forward. Toronto Raptors. OG ANUNOBY. B+. <a rel=

PASCAL SIAKAM. B+. Siakam didn’t have the most efficient night shooting from the field (40%) but he served his “team alpha” duties well. In his 27 minutes, Siakam scored 24 points on 20 shots and added a couple of assists with no turnovers. He was a tough matchup for <a rel=. Power Forward. Toronto Raptors

Toronto Raptors. MARC GASOL. A. Gasol unfortunately only played 16 minutes in Tuesday night’s win, leaving in the third quarter with left hamstring soreness. In his brief stint, Gasol was about as productive as you can be in a short stint. He shot an impressive 80% from the field, knocked down both of his 3-point attempts, and added two blocks at the other end of the floor. Every time Gasol steps on the floor, he reminds all of us why he is just valuable to the Raptors whether or not his shot is falling. Tuesday we got to see the best of both worlds, in his impressive shooting display.. Center
