At my number two spot I have the Ma Fuzzy Chef aka “I do art”, Serge Ibaka. Now I don’t know if a lot of people know this but Serge Ibaka is playing the best basketball of his career this season, yes he is literally playing the best basketball of his career out of the 11 seasons he’s played in.

Serge Ibaka is clearly like fine wine, he is getting better with age and that’s how it’s been for the past two seasons with the Toronto Raptors, but let’s just focus on this specific season. Serge is currently averaging career highs in points, assists, his second best average of rebounding in his career, and he tied his career high average in 3P% from back in 2016/17.

Ibaka’s impact on the court is nothing short of amazing, his leadership and his tenacity is top notch  and that is what led him to have a career year as well as helping lead the Toronto Raptors to an amazing 46-18 record at the time of the pause due to the COVID-19 outbreak. (Stats from NBA.com)
