No. 2: Toronto Raptors vs Los Angeles Clippers, May 4

May 4 is a special day. Not only it will be 44 years of celebrating the first Star Wars movie, but for Raptor fans, this will be the first time this season that Kawhi Leonard and Serge Ibaka are facing their former team, as the Raptors will be playing against the Los Angeles Clippers.

Both players helped the Raptors win the 2019 NBA championship. A couple of weeks later, Leonard left in order to pursue a lucrative opportunity in LA. He went back home so he can win a championship with the Clippers.

The Clippers were defeated by the Denver Nuggets in the second round of the 2020 playoffs. In the offseason, the Clippers decided to take another player from the 2019 championship team when they signed Ibaka. L.A. is looking to win a championship for the first time in franchise history, while Toronto is a team looking to be in the playoffs.

Will the Raptors take down Kawhi and Serge?

Leonard faced his old club twice last season, and he came out on top on both occasions. The Raptors will face the Clippers on May 4 in L.A. and in May 11 in Tampa. The May 4 game is more important than the other game because it’s the first time we’re facing Ibaka and Leonard. It’s also on TNT.
