UPDATE: Prkacin has withdrawn his name from the 2021 NBA Draft.

2. Roko Prkacin, PF, Cibona (Croatia)

Prkacin is a trade-up candidate, as the power forward’s unique approach on the offensive side of the ball has helped make him an intriguing developmental prospect for teams with depth. He’s listed as a power forward, but he plays much quicker than that.

Prkacin averaged 13.3 points and 6.8 rebounds per game on 49% shooting during his time in the very competitive Adriatic League. With some solid defense for his age and an offensive game inside the arc that has rightfully drawn plenty of positive attention, Prkacin could go very early in the second round.

Roko Prkacin has the skillset the Raptors want to see in a forward.

Prkacin isn’t the best shooter right now. He’s merely decent. One flaw that pops up when examining his game is his penchant for getting a bit reckless on offense and turning the ball over frequently. That will need to be fixed if he is to accrue any sort of significant playing time in a Nick Nurse offense.

Prkacin’s offensive game might need some fine-tuning, but he is one of the more promising offensive players in this class, and the Raptors need to at least consider packaging their two picks in order to move up and secure his rights. He could be a starter by his second year in the league if handled correctly.
