Worst: Camouflage Military Appreciation jersey

Folks…what is this? The Raptors don’t belong in green, but they certainly don’t belong in this mish-mashed mess. I feel sorry for certain colorblind fans, as this could certainly be a nightmare on television. The Raptors haven’t brought them back after the beginning of the last decade.

Camo can look great on a lot of things, but a basketball jersey is not one of them. The Raptors care about military personnel and their families, but they don’t need a custom jersey to prove this. I feel comfortable in saying that there isn’t a huge subset of fans clamoring for these jerseys to come back.

Best: 1995 home and away jerseys

These are so iconic it didn’t seem fair to pick the home or away jersey, so how about we combine them? While the very edgy font, lightning-shaped pinstriped, and raptor claw with a basketball in the palm all scream mid-90s, this is a genuinely iconic look that still resonates today.

The oversized Raptor on the front and the powerful purple helped make this one of the most sought-after retro looks across the league. Go to any university campus in America, and any given sports-themed party will have at least one Vince Carter throwback among them. That’s a level of iconic status that is hard to reach.
