Gary Trent Jr. and the Toronto Raptors have not exactly had an easy go of it after the acquisition of Jakob Poeltl. Nick Nurse’s team blew a huge home lead in the fourth quarter to the Jazz before barely squeaking out a one-point home win against the Detroit Pistons.

While the Orlando Magic might be behind Toronto in the standing, the dynamic duo of Paolo Banchero and Franz Wagner are starting to figure things out as the Magic position themselevs for a postseason push next year.

The Raptors are still favored in this game, but being favored has done little to turn them into a team that is feared around the league. With some big names on the mend, Toronto may not have momentum as the first half ends if they lose.

Gaey Trent Jr. injury status tonight vs. Magic

Trent is listed as questionable due to a calf strain. Considering how the week-long All-Star reprieve is finally starting to come up the rear, Toronto may decide to sit him out with the goal of getting him healthy for the second-half push.

Is Cole Anthony playing vs. Raptors?

Anthony, who was a potential Raptors trade target before the deadline, is listed as questionable with a wrist injury.
