14. Kevin Loughery (1963)

Loughery is before many Raptors fan’s times, but his scoring was still excellent in an era overshadowed by Bill Russell’s Celtics. Loughery averaged 19.2 points per game in a five-year stretch for the then-Baltimore Bullets, often as a mid-range specialist with lethal accuracy.

With 3.0 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game for his career, Loughery has shown to be a multifaceted player who could make things happen alongside some elite big men like Walt Bellamy and Wes Unseld. Loughery’s career is very impressive, and future generations should not lose sight of that.

13. Corliss Williamson (1995)

Averaging 11.1 points and 3.9 rebounds per game doesn’t sound like high-end production, but the former Kings stud in Williamson may have weighed down those numbers by playing for more than a decade. Prime Williamson was a quality interior finisher for multiple great teams.

While his best years were on the Rick Adelman Sacramento squads, Williamson later became a role player on the Larry Brown Pistons teams that would beat opponents into submission. Williamson is another player who could have been an even better scorer if he wasn’t such a selfless role-player.
