Power Forward free agents Raptors may look at

Perhaps I’m giving Jared too much credit. He always seems to play well against the Raptors, but he throws in some stinkers against other teams. The telling comment “must improve conditioning” in the synopsis is bang-on. To become the game-changing player he might be 82 times a season, instead of half that number, he has to simultaneously lose weight and gain strength.
Even lugging a spare tire around his belly doesn’t stop Jared from averaging nearly a double-double. I’d love to see this guy after a summer of the Kyle Lowry diet and exercise program.
He’d likely be the cheapest of the solid options. An offer sheet of $20 million over 3 years might attract a signature.
