A. Lowry almost came up huge with a game-winning three, but alas, you can’t make them all. Before that, he was the juggernaut that kept a ho-hum Raptors offense running. When they needed a big bucket or play, he was there to deliver. He initiated the offense, moved off the ball, and created for his teammates.
