Starters Grades

C+. Lowry banged his knee in the first quarter and had to limp to the locker room in quite a lot of discomfort. He ultimately returned (duh) and finished with 11 points (4-9 FG, 2-6 3PT), eight assists, three rebounds and a pair of steals in 22 minutes. Also made a truly ridiculous three-point shot in the second quarter, though, Lowry was far from his dominant self on Friday. If you’re offended by the grade, feel free to round up to a B-.. Point Guard. Toronto Raptors. KYLE LOWRY

Anunoby was a force all over the court on Friday, finishing with 18 points and needing only 13 shots to get there. Defensively, Anunoby terrorized Wizards players all night and wound up collecting four steals in the win, though, he also committed four turnovers. Anunoby connected on two of six threes taken and continues to show a willingness to shoot his way out of struggles.. Shooting Guard. Toronto Raptors. OG ANUNOBY. A

C. Hard to believe Toronto would put up 140 points in a game, a franchise record, and Pascal Siakam would only have 12. Currently second in Eastern Conference All-Star voting, Siakam was very ordinary on Friday, but his best was not required. The night belonged to several of Siakam’s teammates, and Toronto’s de facto go-to guy was more than happy to defer against an overmatched Wizards squad. Playing just 25 minutes against Washington, Siakam should have plenty in the tank for Saturday’s game versus the Timberwolves.. Small Forward. Toronto Raptors. PASCAL SIAKAM

B. Ibaka finished two rebounds shy of a double-double, scoring 15 points to go along with eight rebounds in 26 minutes. He’ll likely shift to the bench when Fred VanVleet returns, however, don’t expect Ibaka’s production to dip in a reserve role. The PF/C is shooting 58 percent from beyond the arc in his last five games — over his last 15 games, Ibaka’s three-point percentage still sits above 40, at 42 percent. He’s making teams pay for leaving him open.. Power Forward. Toronto Raptors. SERGE IBAKA

Gasol has looked like a different player since returning from a hamstring injury. In Friday’s win, he poured in 20 points, tied a career-high with six made threes and posted the best net rating on the Raptors (+26). The Spanish international, since the start of the regular season, has never wavered defensively but has struggled at times on offence, but a healthy and revitalized Gasol is proving to be much more assertive on offence. His ability to act as both a facilitator and a scorer is so valuable and a luxury to Nick Nurse.. Center. Toronto Raptors. MARC GASOL. A+
