3. Devonte’ Graham

Graham looks like he may be the odd man out of a loaded Charlotte Hornets backcourt. Graham was a breakout stud last season, and has shown this year that it wasn’t an anomaly, even if his shooting percentages have started to decrease while Charlotte’s dynamic backcourt gets better.

Graham would be the starting guard of the future on most teams, but with the Hornets committed to Terry Rozier and Rookie of the Year favorite LaMelo Ball, something has got to give, and that could force Graham, a restricted free agent, out of town.

Graham could be the PG of the future for the Toronto Raptors.

With Kyle Lowry looking as good as gone, the Raptors have to figure out their guard situation. Graham, averaging 14.5 points and 5.4 assists per game despite tons of competition, could fit perfectly with the Raptors’ young core and could form a lethal combination with Fred VanVleet in the backcourt.

Graham is a long-term option for the Raptors and could continue to improve under Toronto’s development system. He is an inefficient shooter, but Nick Nurse has a bit of a thing with working on improving offensive-minded players, and Graham might be the next pet project he could undertake.
