1. Andre Drummond – 26 years old – C

2019-20 stats – 57 GP – 17.7 PPG – 15.2 RPG – 2.7 APG – .533 FG% – .143 3P% – .575 FT%

At my number one and final spot on this list I have arguably one of, if not the best rebounders in the league, Andre Drummond.

Drummond unlike the other two players, is 26 years old and will be 27 by the start of the 2020-21 season. Currently in his prime and being one of, if not the best rebounder in the league his next contract will be a big one for sure. Question is what will the salary cap look like next season and the season after that due to COVID-19? Will the Toronto Raptors want to save a max spot for a player like Giannis Antetokounmpo in the 2021 offseason? Plus they still need to re-sign players like Fred Vanvleet and OG Anunoby so they will have to be smart with their money.

What the Toronto Raptors would get in a player like Drummond would obviously be his incredible rebounding which they would lack if they don’t have any big men. Despite him not having the greatest three-point percentage and free throw percentage, he does average a good amount of points because he is a beast under the rim getting all those rebounds and scoring for his team.
